New patients
Nobody walks in here guessing. Here is visit one, start to finish.
A first chiropractic visit is only frightening when nobody tells you what happens in it. So here is the whole thing: what gets asked, what gets examined, when X-rays do and do not happen, and the point at which I tell you chiropractic is not the answer.
The first visit
Four things happen. In this order. Every time.
Tap a step. The order is not negotiable and it is not a sales funnel. It is how you find a cause instead of chasing a symptom around a body.
Step 01 of 04
You talk. I listen.
A consultation with me about what is actually concerning you, not a form, a conversation.
- Where it hurts, when it started, and what makes it worse.
- What you have already tried, and what did or did not help.
- What you want back: sleep, the gym, picking up a kid, a full night without waking up.
- Nothing gets touched until I understand the story.
Prep
Do none of this andyou will still be seen.
Before you arrive
Four things. None of them required.
The paperwork
Two forms. Both are ours.
Print them at home and walk in ready, or fill them out in the lobby. I do not require the paperwork in advance. Doing it early just means you spend your first visit talking to me instead of writing.
Both PDFs are hosted on our own server. They open in a new tab.
Cost, insurance, and the truth
Finding out is free. The rest, you have to ask.
The first consultation is free.
No cost, no obligation. You find out what is going on before you spend a dollar deciding what to do about it.
Our own words: a no-cost, zero-risk consultation.
After that, it depends, and I will tell you.
What care costs depends on the plan I build after the exam. I do not publish prices or an insurance list online, and I am not going to invent one. Call (605) 595-0326, ask exactly what your plan covers and what care would run, and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.

Prompt service, and everything explained in advance.
Our own words, from our patient forms page.
Before you call
The four we get asked most.
How long before I feel results?
It varies by condition and how long it's been going on. Many patients notice improvement in the first few visits. I've treated patients who came in barely able to move their neck and worked them down from twice a week to once a month maintenance over several months.
What is the Blair Technique?
The Blair Technique focuses on adjusting the upper cervical (neck) spine with great precision. It's gentler than general manipulation and is particularly effective for patients with neck pain, headaches, and chronic conditions that haven't responded to other care.
Do you see children?
Yes. I provide gentle pediatric adjustments and have experience with conditions like ear infections, ADD/ADHD, and scoliosis in children. Adjustments are adapted to the child's size and age.
How is this different from other chiropractors?
I take a whole-body, philosophy-rooted approach to care. I design individual programs, not generic plans, and integrate nutrition and soft-tissue therapy alongside adjustments. I have treated over 1,000 patients and measure success by getting people OUT of the office, not into a long-term dependency.
Get on the schedule
