Read this before you read anything else.

The health information on this site is here to help you understand what chiropractic care is and what a visit to True Health Chiropractic & Wellness actually involves. It is education, not medical advice, and it can't examine you. This page says exactly where that line is.

Educational information only

The content on this website, including descriptions of conditions, techniques, and services, and any responses from the AI assistant, is provided for general educational and scheduling purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider.

No provider–patient relationship

Visiting this site, submitting a form, or chatting with the assistant does not create a doctor–patient or provider–patient relationship with True Health Chiropractic & Wellness. That relationship begins only after an in-person consultation and examination at the office.

No diagnosis, no guaranteed results

Nothing here diagnoses a condition or prescribes treatment. Chiropractic and wellness care produce different results for different people; individual results vary and are never guaranteed. Any care plan is determined by True Health Chiropractic & Wellness based on your specific examination.

In an emergency

This site is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this website or the assistant to request urgent or emergency care.

Questions

Always consult True Health Chiropractic & Wellness or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition or before starting any new care. Last updated: July 2026.

The education pages are education, not a diagnosis

This site explains conditions chiropractors commonly see — back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, disc problems, and others — and what a chiropractic visit for them generally involves. That material is written to be generally accurate, not to tell you what is wrong with you. Two people with the same symptom can have completely different causes, and only an in-person examination can tell them apart.

Nothing on this website diagnoses you, and nothing here should be used to rule anything out. Reading a page is not a substitute for being examined.

The exercises are general, and your body is not

Any stretch, movement, or at-home exercise shown on this site is offered as general information. It has not been prescribed for you, it has not been screened against your history, and it may be exactly the wrong thing for your particular problem. If a movement causes pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, or anything that feels wrong, stop and talk to Dr. Means or your physician before you do it again.

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, working around a known disc injury, or being treated for anything else, ask before you start.

We do not promise a result

Chiropractic care helps a great many people, and it does not help everyone the same way or on the same timeline. This site does not guarantee relief, a cure, a number of visits, or a recovery time — and if you ever see language on this site that sounds like a guarantee, it is a mistake and we want to know about it.

This site also never quotes a price. What care costs depends on what you actually need, and that is a conversation with the clinic, not a number on a web page.

When to skip us and get emergency help

Some things are not chiropractic problems. Call 911 or get to an emergency room if you have chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache unlike any you have had, sudden weakness or numbness on one side, loss of bladder or bowel control, a fever with severe back pain, or pain following a serious fall or crash that you have not had looked at yet.

If you have had a car accident, get evaluated promptly — some injuries, particularly to the neck, do not announce themselves for a day or two.

Booking a visit is a request

When you book through the online portal, you are asking for a time. The clinic confirms it with you. Nothing on this website sets an appointment on its own, and no page here can promise that a specific slot is held for you.

The fastest way to get a real answer is still the phone: (605) 595-0326.

The assistant on this site is not a clinician

If you use the chat assistant on this website, treat it as a receptionist, not a doctor. It can tell you what the clinic offers, where it is, and how to book. It cannot examine you, it does not know your history, and it must never be asked to decide whether a symptom is serious. When in doubt, call the clinic — or, in an emergency, call 911.

This is a demonstration site built by LegacyForge AI. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship — that begins in the clinic, with an exam.
